Data we collect

When you write to contact@praesia.eu or request early access, we receive the data you send us: name, email address, company, role and the content of your message.

In addition, our hosting provider Netlify processes technical connection data (IP addresses, server logs) strictly necessary to deliver and secure the website.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your requests and manage the early access programme (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is never sold or used for marketing unrelated to your request.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 2 years after our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is not shared with any third party, except our hosting provider Netlify (USA), whose processing is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@praesia.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
